Kihei Regency is a low income apartment complex in the middle of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. They can’t seem to hold onto a solid staff as they seem to have someone new in the office every few months. The apartments are small but they are very convenient to everything in Kihei.
They do have a nice pool, but the chlorine levels are usually way too high. Maintenance that is done is “just enough.”
Good luck finding parking. There are no guest spots at the Kihei Regency.
The new property manager is real BITCH!! She caters to white people and she doesn’t like locals.. She has had disrupt so many families in just the few months that she has arrived from the mainland and because of it, many tenants were force to move or live on the beach. She constantly walks around with an additude and her nose high up in the air.

We like the new Manager. She does not put up with the lazy people whom trash this complex. Deanna needs to get a job and stop using drugs. The regency is being cleaned up and the bad attitudes and freeloaders need to go back to living at home. Oh. wait. they can’t because their family does not want them there. Grow up Deanna. Locals, and all others welcome at Kihei Regency.
